Qigong is based on the belief that energy must flow freely around the body for good health and well-being
It is possible for a woman to have vibrancy and health at any age, especially for those of us soon to blossom into the next half century of our lives. Learning Women’s Qigong is a natural alternative remedy for exercise, as exercise is vitally important as we prepare for the next 50 years.
RLWQ A Natural Alternative Exercise
Qigong’s slow, meditative movements synchronize with deep, gentle breathing, mindful intent and proper body alignment brings the body into a relaxed “alpha” state, so that the body can heal much faster than any other form of exercise.
If you are upright, the breath and creative visualizations are timed with beautiful, flowing movements, often done standing in place, unlike the better known Tai Chi, an offspring of Qigong which requires more precision, memory work and floor space.
Tai Chi is first and foremost a self-defense practice, while the purpose of Qigong is to heal and strengthen one’s body, mind and emotions by creating smooth, unobstructed qi or energy flow through the body.

This natural alternative remedy work is spreading and being shared by certified RLWQ teachers on four continents. The heartwarming stories continue to come in. One of her favorites is a nurse friend who had fibrocystic breast disease for over 20 years and had her first clean mammogram this month. To see women who have suffered needlessly now glowing with renewed strength and joyful vitality is extremely rewarding.
Health Concerns In Women
There are different aspects of RLWQ that support the healing of the most common health concerns in women –menstrual cramping, hot flashes, breast and uterine lumps and tumors, fibrocystic breast disease liver and digestive imbalances, emotional ups and downs caused by hormonal fluxes.
As women learn more about natural alternative remedies and begin to include simple alternative exercise techniques that can help to release blocked or stagnant qi from their bodies, their lives and the lives of their families will chang for the better. Radiant health is our birthright and when we can share this wisdom passed down from the ages, perhaps we can occupy at least 50% of the world with greater peace, balance and harmony…and with that, support healing in the other 50%.
What began as a small-scale program is now being taught worldwide, with RLWQ teacher trainings in North America, Costa Rica, Australia and Europe.
