We are energetic beings and when we look at energy healing as a form of power or a process to cure and become well suddenly the idea of tapping into the natural energy that flows through the human body becomes feasible.

Take a moment each day to focus on your breathing. It’s important to find a comfortable chair or a place you can relax. Gently begin to take a deep breath, inhaling slowly and fill you lungs to capacity, then slowly let the air out with a deep relaxing sigh.
Breathing is a natural energy healing the body does on its own.
What do you feel when you breathe? Hear your heart beat, sense your aches and pains and simply listen to your breathing. It will calm your mind and relax your body.
